The selected candidate will work alongside the lawyers of DALDEWOLF’s tax law team — professionals who provide tax assistance in the broadest sense to companies, individuals, and entities in the public and non-profit sectors, combining technical excellence with a pragmatic approach in both advisory and dispute resolution matters.
DALDEWOLF is currently recruiting a junior tax lawyer to strengthen its practice in the field of direct taxation and estate planning.
The candidate will mainly handle a variety of matters relating to direct taxes (corporate income tax/personal income tax/tax for non-residents), financial taxation, and estate and wealth planning. The practice covers both advisory work and litigation.
- Master’s degree in Belgian law with a specialisation in tax law;
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the field;
- Admission to practise law in Belgium;
- Perfect command of either French or Dutch, fluency in English, and at least a good command of the other national language (French or Dutch).
